Parmalee made its Grand Ole Opry debut Friday night, March 1st, with an amazing two-song set that had the Opry crowd cheering these Nashville newcomers. Family and friends came out to witness this historic moment in Parmalee's professional life and those who couldn't be there in person shared the experience on Facebook and Twitter while listening in live on WSM. Before they went on, the band tweeted pictures from backstage and a brief message to the fans:
Then it was time to take the stage. Steve Wariner introduced them to the Opry audience and Parmalee opened with "Already Calling You Mine." Matt said a few words, mentioning that both of his grandmas were in the house, before launching into their new single "Carolina."
After their performance, they were interviewed by the Opry.

Parmalee's Opry debut was a huge success. The sold-out crowd really loved them and gave them a fantastic reception. Despite the butterflies, they all sounded amazing. Hope it's not too long before a repeat performance on the Opry stage!
